Stuart has ventured into Helsinki’s wet weather to find something to eat.

He’s found green mussels in a honey and yuzu dressing and soft shell crab in a squid ink bun.

Pork and kimchi dumpling, Ox tail dumpling, kale dumpling and a lamb bun.

Perhaps there’s just enough room for one more dumpling…
